Will this need a complete starter motor, or can I get away with replacing just the solenoid? Thanks

Hello,

The best option would be to replace the complete starter.
Also, some of these vehicles it is difficult to find just solenoid.

Since the Starlet is not sold in the United States, we don't have access to the repair manual for complete instructions.

Here are a couple of helpful guides.

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
