When turn my ignition switch I heard noise that starter not engaging well with flywheel and after many attempts to start the engine. I replaced starter many times (sometimes pinion) but problem come back again. Last time loud sound of engaging starter can be heard while engine and car running.

Remove the starter and inspect the flywheel for damage. Have someone turn the engine over manually so you can inspect the whole flywheel. If the teeth are badly worn then you will need to replace the flywheel and starter. If the flywheel is good then I would recommend you look into purchasing a different brand or maybe dealer starter motor.
