starter motor is sometimes too strong. problem seems more noticeable when weather is colder. should i be worried? m currently having some engine issue, most likely due to the fuel system. Could it be related to the fuel system?

Hi,

I think this is the first time I ever heard the starter is too powerful. Usually, it's the opposite. I have a question. What does it do that leads you to think it is too strong? I ask because the system is 12v and that doesn't change. Does it turn too fast?

Also, is it possible for you to record it and upload it so I can hear it as well? Also, let me know if this has a push button start or a traditional key so I can look through the correct starter circuit wiring schematic.

Let me know

Take care,

Joe

i can tell from hearing starter turning too fast it does not feel good. its traditional key. i think it happens when the weather is cold. However, it doesn't happen if i plug in key to turn radio on and then wait a few seconds to turn on engine. i also had one occasion where battery randomly shut off after driving and another occasion where the radio shut down and turned back on during driving. (Battery only 3 months old)

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the engine crank over? that way I can tell for sure what's going on.. You can upload it here with your response.
