Intermittent starter motor. If it doesn’t kick in, I just get a single click, which I guess is the solenoid?

Can’t locate the starter motor from engine bonnet area, can someone help.

Battery is fine.

Expect it’s connections, solenoid or starter sticking in?

Hi,

This vehicle isn't offered in the US, but I will try my best to help.

As far as the starter motor goes, it will be located approximately where the oil pan and engine come together. At that height, check near the transmission. Most starter motors bolt to the transmission.

I tried to find it for you checking out pics. If I'm correct, it will be between the engine and the firewall.

Let me know.

Take care,

joe
