There is no need for a hoist at all. You can access it without lifting the motor.
It is tight by design and there is no easy fast way to get it out and in.
Make sure you remove everything blocking access to make it easier for removal.
Danny attached the procedure. It looks simple but doing it is different.
The labor for the procedure is only 1 hour.
