Starter keeps running. the car but it stops in a couple of minutes

Starter keeps running even if key is off .it started only when you try to start the car ,now it constantly runs have to disconnect battery. Any help?

check the starter relay in fuse box it is either that or it is a bad starter doing it. see pic
