This could be a serious repair, so we need to start with the basics. Let's start with putting a wrench on the crank pulley bolt and try and turn the engine over by hand.
If you are not able to move the engine, then it is locked up most likely due to a lack of oil or a failed oil pump which would explain why the oil light came on. If the engine is locked up, then you will be looking at a replacement.
The next thing we need to do is check the oil and then drain it and look for metal.

I am attaching a picture below of what your crank pulley and bolt look like.
Clearly you do not want to remove it but just use the bolt to turn the engine over. It will not loosen if you are not holding the pulley still so just try and spin the engine and let us know what you find.
