I need to locate the starter and hazard flasher relay but I don't know where to start first. Please help.

Good morning,
It is at the bottom of the motor at the back on the passenger side of the motor.
I have posted a picture of the location and the procedure for replacing the starter.
Let me know if you have any other questions about the starter motor.
