Starter does not start

Got hard to start leaving town barely cranked, stopped at home will not start again. Replaced rewound starter so far. Where is relay?

It does not have a relay for the starter. Here is a wiring diagrams to help you see how the system works. Is the battery okay? Here are two guides that can help:
