Starter won't disengage but does when you turn off key. Burnt up two starters and replaced the cylinode and ignition switch. Don't know what else to do

GOT YOU 2 SCREENSHOTS OF THE SAME DIAGRAM (ONLY WAY I COULD GET IT FROM "PRODEMAND"

1st ONE SITS ON TOP OF THE SECOND ONE (YOU WILL SEE THE OVERLAP OF THE DIAGRAMS)
