My car had been driving good no starting issues. I was driving pulled to my destination turned the car off then tried to start it less than 5 min later. All the lights and radio came on but my car wouldn't turn over and my break is hard to press down. Booting the battery didn't change anything

could be a starter motor issue. check for power to the starter with key in the start position
