if a bolt is loose on the truck will it make the truck loose power?

depends on which bolt but normally no scan for codes and check fuel pressure first

It won't loose power unless you are talking about where the electrical hooks up then it will because it will make the truck cut in and out losing power. if it is where the arrows are pointing then it would lose power if it's where the circles are then the starter would be loose and could damage the flywheel/starter assy
