Started replaced now idling rough

After I replaced the starter the car is Idling rough. It was fine until I replaced the starter.

You had the battery disconnected. That will return all of the engine parameters back to the OEM "zero" position and it will need to re-learn the correct information for the worn parts on your car. The one big thing is the idle air control. When it returns to the zero position and the vehicle has been on the road a while any dirt/carbon on the valve and the throttle body will cause idle issues. That is due to it blocking airflow. I would start by disconnecting the battery then using some throttle body cleaner and cleaning around the throttle blade area using a rag and swabs.
This shows one method, you do not need to remove the unit, just clean the bore and blade.
