Difficulty starting up

I bought a car from local dealer. It was good in the test drive.
But is giving problem in the start.
There is crank sound. All the lights are working.
But it has difficulty in starting up. After trying for long time, it starts and run well.

have a mechanic check this it's your cheapest option because it can be a sensor , injector or basic engine problem.

My mechanic said it needs starter change. But after the starter change it's not working. He says he ll try another starter. Does this happen?
