After replacing battery car will not start or crank and security light is on

Did all the resets still nothing. Key fob stop working too. What's wrong with it? We checked all the fuses they are all good, new battery.

Sounds like you are in an active security lock out situation. This is actually pretty common when batteries are drained and replaced. I would suggest with starting with leaving the key in the ignition in the on position for up to 30 minutes or until the theft light turns off.

Next we need to check for codes to find out if there are codes.

Tried that and the 10 minutes 3 times I unhooked the battery everything. To reset it. Non worked my key fob stop working when you plug a scanner in to it it says no communication.

Is there a history to this? Why did you replace the battery? Was the vehicle starting just fine before you replaced the battery?

We need to check for power at the DSPLY fuse in the interior fuse panel. here is a guide to help with the fuse location in the diagram below:
