After I start my car it starts and runs fine. After a few blocks it acts like it has lost power. I push in the clutch and after fifteen or twenty seconds it runs fine. I have chance the fuel pump and gas tank and still have the problem. Thank you.

Basically, It will not idle sometimes when you get off of the gas?

Have you/can you remove the IAC (idle air control) clean the inside of it and the hole it was over with throttle body cleaner?

It is possible that it is on it is way out, cleaning it and any improvement of function might verify that it is indeed the IAC being the problem.

Have you checked for codes? (OBD I)

Sending pictures of one sort of similar to yours (yours is a bit different than this one for a 2003 Ford Escape) (only picture I have handy).
