Welcome to 2CarPros.
I'm not sure what screws were tightened. However, I have a few questions. Does it restart right away after it stalls? Does it seem to happen only after the engine is warm? Is there anything that seems to cause it to happen?
My first suspect if it happens only when warm is the crankshaft position sensor. Take a look through these links. The first explains what the sensor does, the second discusses symptoms, and the third explains how in general one is replaced. The one on your Jeep is a little different than the one in the link, but I'm adding it to give you an idea.
