Shuts off when using the power windows or the rear defrost?

My car tries to shut off if I use the power windows or if I turn on the rear defrost.

It sounds like you have an alternator that is not working, and the electrical system becomes weak when demand is put on it, do you have a battery light on? Let's check alternator output by following this guide:
