I’m having engine stalling issues. I’ve replaced spark plugs and wires and ignition coils. I also replaced the IAC valve and so far it seems like everything’s has helped. I went from sputtering at the engine startup to stalling out intermittently.
I’v called O'reillys and AutoZone checked under the hood and and tried looking up its location online but can’t seem to find the EGR. I haven’t checked for codes Because the check engine light never comes on. I had issues with my check gauges light but that went away after I changed the IAC. And no I haven’t checked for compression I’d give that a shot this weekend. Thanks!

I checked and there is a EGR valve on the car. Parts guys are not techs. They are parts salesman.
I am looking for a picture of the location so you can see it.
It is a good suspect for the stalling.

Hey thanks for the help. I ended up replacing the idle control module, and turned out to be the culprit. I decided to check coils again for spark and wasn’t getting any! But I knew the coils weren’t the issue because they’d been replaced about three times in two months along with the spark plugs under warranties. Thank you again though for you’re help! Happy to be back on the road again!
