Hi,
That could be a few things. The idea that it happens when the engine is warm leads me to believe it could be related to the crankshaft position sensor. Take a look at this link and let me know if it mirrors what you experience:

The best way to confirm is to either check for ignition spark when it won't start or check for an RPM signal when it won't start. To check for an RPM signal requires a live data scan tool. However, here is a link that shows how to check for spark without a scanner:

If you find no spark, then I would replace the sensor. Here is a link that shows how to in general:

PROCEDURES
REMOVAL
1. Raise and support the vehicle.

2. Remove the bolts and the right front lower splash shield.

3. Remove the Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor.
1 Disconnect the electrical connector.
2 Remove the bolt.
3 Remove the sensor.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

If you find this isn't the issue, check the PCM relay and fuel pump relay under the hood in the fuse box. One at a time, simply switch them with another relay that has the same part number and see if that makes a difference. See pic 3.
