Just to be clear what is happening, the engine will drive fine for 30 minutes and then it stalls. Then it will start for a few seconds and stall again? How long before it will drive again? Do you have to wait overnight and then it does this again?

Here are a couple guides that will get us started on this issue, but this sounds like a possible fuel issue so let's jump to that and check the pressure when this is happening.

Here is a guide that will help with checking the pressure:

If the pressure is fine, then we need to find out when this stalls and does not start if you can keep it running by opening the throttle or adding more fuel with starter fluid in the intake.

Lastly, we check for codes and find out if we have any codes and go from there.
