When I turn it on sometimes turns back off. also when I press the gas pedal on a stop it stalls. changed the fuel regulator and spark plugs.

Good morning,
I would start by testing the actual fuel pressure. It could be a bad fuel pump causing this issue.

You can rent a tester at a parts store for this test.
