There are a couple issues that can cause this to happen but it could be related to the rough idle, so we need to start with this and make sure it is not related.
Here are a few guides that will help with this. I suspect we have a vacuum leak or a misfire. So, we need to check for both of these.

If we resolve the rough idle and there is still a stall, then we need to suspect the crankshaft position sensor.

I am attaching the process on how to replace it as this was a common issue on these vehicles so I would suggest just changing it and retesting it due to it being so common.
