Car is hard to start. But then idles fine once it warms up. Shuts off when it is put in drive or rev.

Good evening,
The first thing I would do is check the fuel pressure. It would explain both issues.
You can rent a tester at a parts store.
There is a motor on the throttle body that can cause the stalling going into gear. That could be the reason for this.
