I have replaced map tps ignition module injectors and checked iac operation. As long as the vac line is off the truck will start and kind of run as soon as I hook it up it stops running. Why is this?

I will generalize since you provided no engine size

could be a vacuum leak under the throttle body, iac motor, how did you check it?

Is the check engine light on?
