If you haven't already, use the guide above to see if there are any diagnostic trouble codes present.
Next, since it isn't starting now, chances are it is either a fuel or ignition-related issue. Here is what I want you to try. See if it starts with starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, we know it is fuel related. If there is no change, check if you are getting spark at the plugs.

Try this and let me know the results. Also, let me know if you have checked fuel pressure or if you have checked the crankshaft position sensor. The sensor may be the issue. Read through this link and let me know if it mirrors what you are experiencing:
