I have replaced. EGR, IAC, TPS, CKS, MAF, fuel pump assembly, plug wires, ignition module and coils, belt and battery, the car starts to sputter hard and lose all acceleration. It was stalling, but since replacing EGR it has not yet. The hesitation when sputtering is dangerous. Please help! Problem started about four months ago. My MAF went bad and I drove with it bad, I unplugged it until I could replace it. Not a good idea since I have replaced all of the parts listed above, but the problem is getting worse. One last thing here, is there a case learn or relearn procedure for any of the parts that I have installed?

Nope, no relearn. it does it while you drive. first thing you should do is scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge to eliminate replacing good parts that you already have . then check for a vacuum leak. finally if still doing it and all this other stuff is okay then do basic engine checks like compression etc. auto parts rent gauge, see link.
