When I put my car in reverse the traction control and stabilitrak light comes on. I have to put the car in park, turn it off and then back on, before it will go out. The lights only come on when I am reversing. What does this mean?

Also, the car has 20" rims and tires now, not the custom 16". Could the problem be the tires?
