I’ve already replaced the amp and still I have no door chime clicking from the turn signal nor any sound, a couple days ago my radio started cutting in and out. Is it the radio or amp that is bad?

If the lights are coming on for the radio and you have no sound, then the pre-amp inside the radio has probably gone out. But let's check the fuses before we replace the radio.

Here is a guide to help:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

Please check the radio fuse in the under-hood fuse panel, the AMP fuse and RSA/RSE fuse in the fuse panel under the carpet near the rear seat. Also, I have seen the clock spring/spiral wire go bad, can I ask if the steering wheel control is working? The location of the fuses are listed in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

None of the fuses are blown and all controls on the wheel work, I think it might be the pre-amp in the radio. I've already ordered a new one and I'll update this when I receive and put the new one in.

Sounds good, it is beneficial to check these things before the radio replacement. Please let us know how it goes.
