If the lights are coming on for the radio and you have no sound, then the pre-amp inside the radio has probably gone out. But let's check the fuses before we replace the radio.

Please check the radio fuse in the under-hood fuse panel, the AMP fuse and RSA/RSE fuse in the fuse panel under the carpet near the rear seat. Also, I have seen the clock spring/spiral wire go bad, can I ask if the steering wheel control is working? The location of the fuses are listed in the images below. Check out the images (below).
