Upon cold startup there is a squeal only if A/C is on?

The squeal stops when I rev the engine or turn A/C off. No squeal after engine warms.

Hello,

It sounds like the belt is worn and making that noise. If the squeal goes away after the engine has warmed up it is a sign of a belt that is slipping just enough to make the squealing noise. This is typically noticeable when the engine is under load, like when the A/C is on.
