There really isn't anything to lube on the car that would cause the noise. Components sucjh as wheel bearings are sealed and non serviceable. Start by making sure the backing plates behind the brake rotors are not bent or rusted and touching the rotor when the vehicle is moved.
You said it isn't the brakes. However, there are brake wear sensors on the pads which touch the rotor when the pads are nearly worn out. Even if you just replaced the brakes, the sensor could be bent and slightly touching. If the brakes haven't been replaced recently, make sure the inner pad which isn't visible unless the wheel is removed, hasn't worn much faster than the outer pad and causing the noise.
