Squealing power steering?

I replaced my belts at the beginning of summer ‘23. Ever since when I turn my wheel all the way to one side while trying back out of parking spots it screams at me. I’ve tried tightening the belt and loosening it and nothing is working. Video is attached. Thanks in advance

Thank you for the video. You can see the belt stop turning because it is slipping. It might be the wrong size belt and the adjustment for the tension of the belt is maxed out. Here is how to change the belt out correctly. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
