Squealing noise coming from front right wheel while driving

Most noticeable at low speeds. I already replaced brake pads, rotor, wheel hub and bearing and front shock. The noise drives me crazy. I made a video of the noise here:

Hello,

When did the squealing first start? Did it start before or after the new brakes were installed? It sounds almost like the squealer that tells you when the brakes are low has been installed on the wrong side of the caliper. Please get back to us and let us know and we can go from there.

Thank you a bunch for your response. We changed parts in this order:
- Struts
- Brakes and rotor
- Wheel hub and bearing

All the parts were changed within past three months. The reason we changed wheel hub and bearing is because I had noise after we installed new brakes and rotor (but not squealing noise, more like something rubbing on something). The squealing noise came within a week after wheel hub and bearing install.

Do you still think that it's the brake pads not installed correctly?

No, the bearing we bought came in sealed, looking similar to this:

We bought brand new hub and bearing. We didn't pack it with grease. Were we supposed to put the grease on the outside of the bearing?

Hello,

After doing some research, that bearing is packed with grease and sealed so that's not the issue. Did you get the brake shield installed back on correctly, or could it possibly have gotten reinstalled backwards?

Hmm, unsure about shield. This afternoon, after work we are going to take a look at everything.

Any other ideas what can cause squealing? Since we will have things apart would be good to inspect all possible causes.

Hello again,

It could be a number of things. A rock could have gotten stuck in the brake caliper, the caliper could sticking closed, the brake shield. I did notice from the video, thank you for that by the way, that it sounds like your rotor may be out of round, so you may want to check the trueness of it while you are there. Please let us know what you find.

It turned out to be a bend dust shield that was rubbing against the rotor. Luckily nothing major. But it was a good thing that was squealing like that because it forced us to take a wheel off and look at things. We noticed that in a process of changing wheel hub/bearing we must of punctured the cv axle boot because there was grease everywhere (luckily not on the brakes). We fixed one thing but screwed up something else. Oh well, you learn as you go.

But yeah, luckily the squealing was just a bend dust shield. I appreciate your time Alex answering my questions and addressing the issues. Thank you very much!
