I have the LX model. it just started making a squealing noise when I accelerate, but when I brake, it stops. What could this be?

Sounds like a belt.

It could be worn or the tension-er may need replacing.

If you have a pal that might stand beside your vehicle (not in front) with the hood open.

Hold the brake and give it some gas (not wide open) They may be able to hear the belt squeal (to verify that it is) or at least tell you about the location of the squeal, whatever it is!

Return with good news!
