Loud squealing noise coming from the belt area?

I have a very loud squealing noise coming from around the belt area. I’ve replaced the water pump, power steering pump, pulley bearing, harmonic balancer, and tensioner pulley bearing. I honestly don’t know what the problem is anymore. I also might add that the A/C in my vehicle does not work as well. I have no clue if that has something to do with it.

I would install a new serpentine belt and tensioner. While the belt is off, spin each of the accessories to make sure they spin freely. Here are the instructions on how to do both. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I’ve already changed the tensioner belt recently and the noise has not gone away.
