The cv joints went out, replaced them, replaced brakes, brake pads and master cylinder, replace the belt, the tension pulley and the idle pulley. There are no loose hoses for a vacuum to be squealing, but there is a high pitched squeal when accelerated. I have no idea what it is and why its happening.

If it sounds like belt squeal, the serpentine belt may be the wrong one and a bit to long, re check the size, it may feel tight on the tensioner but if it is just a little over size it will make a noise.
