Squeaky noise when turning the wheel

I just got my serpentine belt replaced 2 weeks ago now when I turn my wheel a very loud squeaking comes from it. I have tried to loosen and tighten it, but the noise stays. i think it might be the pump, but I'm not quite sure. also my battery is fine. I just had it tested.
