When I accelerate, a squeaking sound occurs until I gain a bit more speed or let off the accelerator.. Any ideas?

Hi,

That could be a few things. Is it loud enough for you to record on your phone and upload it for me to hear? Also, can you tell approximately where it seems to come from?

It could be brake related, wheel bearing related, drive belt related and so on. If you can think of anything that changes it other than let off the accelerator, let me know.

Also, when you accelerate and hear it, lightly touch the brake pedal to see if the sound stops or changes.

Let me know. We'll figure it out one way or another.

Take care,
Joe
