squeaking noise at start-up

I agree. A loose belt can cause this issue. There are two belts on the vehicle. If you follow the water test (I think it was you that asked how to identify which belt was making noise), it should let us know which belt is the issue.

Keep in mind, there are other things that can cause the noise such as contamination (oil or coolant) getting on the belt, a belt-driven accessory with excessive resistance, and so on.

Try the water test and let me know what you find.

I torqued the 1 bolt towards the back of the alternator belt. I couldn't torque the one in the front by the tensioning bolt. I just tightened them up. But the squeaking sound is still there. Here are some pics of the pulleys.

Now, is there some oil we can add to the belts for them to stop squeaking?

The bolts all need to be tight. Take a look at the pic below. I circled three bolts with different color pens. The one circled with blue needs tightened as well.

So, here is what to do: Loosen the two bolts (circled with blue and black). Once they are loose, tighten the one circled with red, which is the tensioner. Once the belt is tighter, then retighten the bolts with blue and black circles.

As far as something for the belt, they make a belt dressing. I personally don't like using it because it doesn't last and can make a mess of things.

Let me know if this is the procedure you used to tighten the belt. Also, if the front bolt isn't tight, it could allow the alternator to sit on a slight slant and cause noise.
