Squeak when backing up

When I back out of the driveway in the morning (or when not driven for a while) the car squeaks. Sounds like brakes. In my Volvo it was emergency brake, and had to have it replaced. Is that the case with this car?

This is normal you are hearing hearing the surface rust being removed as you hit the brakes I am assuming the brake pads are in good shape? If you need brakes these guides can help.
