I have a squeak in my steering wheel and when i push down or push up i get a squeak. what could it be? i lubed up everything i possibly could. please help.

Sounds like a dry bushing inside the column. About the only way to lube it would be to disable the air bag, then remove the steering wheel and take the column apart enough to get to the bushings and lube them.

You might try taking it to a dealer and have them at least look at it to verify it is not in the intermediate shaft.
