Sputters, surges and lagging on accelerating

My car sputters horribly when starting off from a complete stop or if I even give it good gas, especially at mid throttle. I’ve changed fuel pump, fuel filter, TPS, spark plugs/wires. I checked coils and they’re fine. I’ve used seafoam a few times over the past few months, didn’t notice any changes. Help!

Is the check engine light on?

Did you check the compression?

I would not assume the coils are good. They are common failures for this issue since they are part of the module.

Fuel injectors could also cause this issue.
