sputters stalls out and won't accelerate unless you rev it

When i turn on my 2003 celica gt it will idle at 2rpm and the go under 1 and stall out. i have tried.to use seafoam in gas tank as i got told it will help and i filled it and.drove for an hour or 2 and its still doing it. i also put oil in car and changed spark plugs but not wires yet as i got told they r eletronical and expensive

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump-start here
