Sputters stalls out and won't accelerate unless you rev it

When I turn on my 2003 celica gt it will idle at 2rpm and the go under 1 and stall out. I have tried. To use seafoam in gas tank as I got told it will help and I filled it and. Drove for an hour or 2 and its still doing it. I also put oil in car and changed spark plugs but not wires yet as I got told they r eletronical and expensive

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump-start here

Also check for a faulty IAC motor.
