Just as background I have already replaced the spark plugs, fuel injectors, fuel pump and water pump.
When starting the vehicle, it will start into a rough idle/sputtering with about 50-75%power and will have the lights and engine revving up and down. Once the accelerator is engaged it ramps the car to normal and stays there. It will begin sputtering again if I reach 3,000 RPMs or higher and bogs down on hills. Anything less than half a tank and the engine will start to bog and sputter more often.

Hi,

This can be caused by a few things. By chance, is the check engine light staying on when the engine is running? If so and if you retrieved codes, let me know what they are. If you haven't, have that done. Most parts stores will do it free of charge.

Now, when this is happening, are there any strange odors, sounds, or smoke from the exhaust? Also, I realize the fuel pump has been replaced, but have you confirmed fuel pressure is within the ma manufacturer's specifications? If not, we need to check that if there is no check engine light.

Here is a link that explains how it's done:

See pic 1 below for pressure specifications.

Let me know. Also, let me know if you have checked for engine vacuum leaks or if you have tried cleaning the throttle body.

Take care,

Joe
