Hi,
This can be caused by a few things. By chance, is the check engine light staying on when the engine is running? If so and if you retrieved codes, let me know what they are. If you haven't, have that done. Most parts stores will do it free of charge.
Now, when this is happening, are there any strange odors, sounds, or smoke from the exhaust? Also, I realize the fuel pump has been replaced, but have you confirmed fuel pressure is within the ma manufacturer's specifications? If not, we need to check that if there is no check engine light.
