Spring pin broke

Spring pin broke in crankshaft. How do I remove broken spring pin crankshaft without removing radiator?

No picture it keeps harmonic balancer and crankshaft in line

I don't know what you are talking about, there is no spring that keeps the crankshaft in line?

It's pin that keeps the harmonic balancer and crankshaft inline together
