Spray washers and wiper

Both the front and rear washer sprays and the rear window wiper quit at the same time. What could be my problem?

check for a blown fuse for that circuit check fuses in picture as well as circuit breaker. they should have power on both sides with key on. it can also be your switch on steering column. if fuses do not fix it have it checked.
