My car will run fine sometimes, then will have a rough idle chugs going down the road and jerks. Have replaced spark plugs, coil packs, Matt sensor, intake manifold gasket, put new motor mounts and transmission mount in. Have oil light will also come on when it starts to chug and sputter. With acceleration got jerked violently almost like someone shaking the whole car.

This sounds like a possible fuel issue. We need to monitor the fuel pressure when this is happening. There was an issue on this vehicle with a power issue to the fuel pump and it would cause it to sputter and stall. Normally the oil light did not come on but that could be because the RPM is dropping causing the oil pressure to drop.

I would start with getting the fuel pressure gauge installed and make sure it remains steady which this is happening. If it is dripping and the vehicle then begins to act up then we have a pump or a power issue to the pump.

Let me know what the fuel pressure is and we can go from there. It should remain around 58 PSI. Thanks
