I seem to still have multiple misfires?

1997 GMC C1500
166,000 MILES • 5.7L • V8 • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

I have replaced the spider injectors, distributor cap, wires, sparkplugs, fuel pump, fuel filter, o2 sensors plus much more and I seem to still have multiple misfires. I adjust timing and doesn't seem to help.

I have seen the MAF sensor go bad and cause this issue, here are guides and the location of the MAF sensor so you can change it out. Also service the throttle body as well.
