Speedometer not working properly

2005 CHEVROLET TAHOE

At first the speedometer was stuck at 65, then it started moving, but was higher. When doing 70 was reading 120.

More than likely this is the stepper motor in the cluster that controls the gauge. Normally it starts with one gauge but then the others will most likely follow.

I attached the process for removing the cluster and some TSB information that explains the motor is the most likely cause.
