speedometer quits working, ac will not work , trans will not shift

sometimes when I start truck the trans will not shift out of low, can not turn ac on, and speedometer does not work, abs light on. sometimes I can cut it off and restart it and all will work. I know it has to be a short but where?

Check the fuses and relays to the affected systems. They could be loose of for some reason not making good connections.
The only place I've found for a bad connection is the PCM.
